EuroInsure Guide offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our premium content and paid consultations. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality or relevance of any premium service you've purchased from us, we will provide a refund or credit at our discretion.
This guarantee applies to both one-time purchases and subscription services.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Quality Issues: Content or services that do not meet our quality standards or were inaccurately described
- Accessibility Issues: Technical problems that prevented you from accessing purchased content or services
- Double Charging: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase
- Unauthorized Purchases: If unauthorized charges were made to your account

3. Refund Request Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within:
- 14 days of purchase for one-time purchases
- 14 days of the billing date for subscription services

For subscription services, refunds typically apply only to the most recent billing period unless otherwise specified.

6. Non-Refundable Items

- Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will not be charged for the upcoming period

We do not charge cancellation fees for subscription services.
